Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No iodine was detected at bar glass washer, sanitizer bottle under machine was empty.
Corrective Action(s): Bottle was replaced during inspection. Monitor this on a regular basis to ensure glasses are properly washed and sanitized.

Observation: Build-up of grease and food debris observed behind/under deep fryers, stock burners, line equipment, dishwashing area and metal rack on wall of dirty dish side of dishwashing area.
Corrective Action(s): Clean above mentioned areas a deep clean. Due: 1 week.
Recommend a further deep clean under/between/behind all equipment in January (after Christmas/New Years rush)
