- Routine inspection conducted. - Hand washing sinks were accessible/unobstructed and properly supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. - Quats sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm. Facility uses ready-to-use sanitizer - do not mix with water. - High-temperature dishwasher reached 76C at the dish surface during final rinse cycle. Good - minimum of 71C at the dish surface is required. - Coolers measured 4C or colder. - Freezer measured -18C or colder. - Accurate thermometers available. Temperature logs were not available for review at time of inspection. Ensure to keep up to date. - Food storage practices satisfactory. All food stored off the floor, properly covered/protected from contamination. - Food preparation sinks maintained in sanitary conditions. - Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition.
