Comments

-Ensure that the dishwasher is checked daily and that records are kept. Dishwasher records were not available at the time of the inspection.

Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
The dishwasher reached > 71 C at the plate level.
Quats sanitizer was tested at 200 ppm.
No evidence of pests.
A professional pest control company is onsite regularly, reports available for review.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
