Follow up inspection -All outstanding issues have been corrected:
-Hot-held pizza was at 60 degrees C or hotter (~62 degrees C) in the hot-holding unit.
-The hot-holding unit was equipped with a thermometer.
-The handsink near the pizza cooler was equipped with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, paper towels, and a garbage bin.
-Extra rolls of paper towels were available on-site.
-Another garbage bin was purchased for the front area to dispose receipts into.
-Drain plugs were purchased for the 3-compartment sink and they were in good working order.
-Take-out containers for sauces were stored in a clean food container with a lid.
-Dry food storage area was clean and organized. Personal items were stored separately from food.
-Permit to operate was posted in a conspicuous location for public view.
