Observation: Ice bagged on site, ice machine has particulate, debris accumulation in unit.
Correction: Clean and disinfect ice machine as per manufactures requirements. Routinely.
Discontinue ice bagging for retail until the machine has been serviced.
Staff to wash hands prior to handling ice, disposable gloves may used when dispensing ice into bags.
Ice is a food product and is to be handled in sanitary manner, staff bagging ice to have sanitiary procedure for reference and training.
