General sanitation of the premises has improved. Cleaning detailed in previous report has been completed. Prep/line cooler has been repaired. Temperature was 4C. Ensure temperature of coolers is being monitored regularly to ensure foods are being stored at 4C or colder. Paper towel was present in dispensers at both the kitchen handsink and staff washroom. Canned foods are now being transferred to plastic containers once opened Pizza in warmer was 61-63C.
