Disinfection: - High Level Disinfection: (Nippers/cutters, etc.) - All implements are to be washed (scrubbed with soap and water) prior to disinfection. - Accel CS-20 utilized for high level disinfection! * Follow manufacturers directions! (Note: "undiluted" and contact times) * Expiration dates are to be monitored. - Intermediate Level Disinfection: - Footbaths. Plastic liners are being used for each client. - Sanitary Facilities: Ok. - Sanitation: Ok. - Cosmetic make up brushes are to be cleaned routinely. - Ensure hands are washed prior to treatments. (clients/service providers.) Nails are to be examined for infection prior to service. - Single use items utilized.
