Routine Inspection:
Coolers: Temperature records are being kept for most coolers. Ensure that you keep records for the sandwich prep cooler.
The milk/pop self-serve cooler in the cafeteria should be checked twice daily and milk and sandwiches kept on the top shelves where the temperature is 4 C or colder.
Replace broken thermometer in the walk-in freezer.

Hand washing stations have liquid soap and paper towels.
Quats sanitizer is used for counters and wiping cloths.
Follow manufacturers' instructions when cleaning and sanitizing beverage equipment.
Dishwasher has a hot water sanitizing rinse.
