- Hand washing stations available for staff and fully supplied. Hand washing sinks are to be used only for hand washing. No food to be stored in these sinks.
- All coolers measured at or below 4C. All freezers measured at or below -18C. Temp monitoring log maintained.
- Dishwasher registered at 71C. Implements stored properly and in sanitary condition.
- Bleach sanitizer available. Please ensure to test chlorine residue between 100-200 ppm and not more.
- Kitchen is well lit.
- Cleaning range hood vent discussed with operator. This equipment is due for cleaning.
