Good organization and labelling practices observed. Monthly pest monitoring by ORKIN pest control company. Recent report from 2022 June indicates no notable pest activity. Ensure to follow recommendations from the report regarding structural issues. *Ensure to clean the condenser/compressor chamber of the prep cooler as some corn meal powder build up is noted.
