- Probe temperatures of salad bar buffet table items all below 4 degrees Celsius - Extensive clean up of basement has been completed - no garbage or rodent droppings observed; ceiling tiles still need to be replaced - Rodent droppings have been cleaned away in kitchen - no new droppings observed during inspection - please continue to monitor these areas for rodent activity, and clean regularly/as needed
