Observation: The back hand washing sink was plugged. This is a repeat violation and must be addressed. This has been noted in the following inspection reports:

Corrective Action(s): Correct by Monday. Equipment must be maintained in such a manner that it is in working order at all times. Non-compliance in the future will result in the issuance of a Correction Order and/or Violation Tickets, as per Fraser Health's progressive enforcement policy.
