This has been noted in the following inspection reports: -December 18, 2014. - November 3, 2015 - April 19, 2016. Corrective Action(s): Correct by Monday. Equipment must be maintained in such a manner that it is in working order at all times. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Hot held food was > 60 C. Chlorine sanitizer was at 100 ppm. Waste logs are up to date.. No evidence of pests. Temperature records are up to date. General sanitation was satisfactory.
