Observation: Observed food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition;
1. Black build up near dishwasher wall and 2 compartment sink,
2. Ice machine - dust and build up present on, around and inside unit on cover area,
3. Ceiling tiles with dust and build-up,
4. Bucket with brown liquid under front sink.

Observation: Observed equipment not in good working order;
1. Back hand washing sink paper towel dispenser,
2. Leaking pipe under dishwasher,
3. Women's washroom tap on one side working,
4. Under oven cooler inconsistent temperature - measuring above 4C at front.
5. Ensure drainage for front drinks / desserts cooler in proper working order - tube sticking out and draining water.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that all equipment is in proper working order.
Fix paper towel dispenser, fix leak at dishwasher pipes, fix hand sink in women's washroom to allow for hot/cold running water and fix/adjust under oven cooler to maintain a temperature of 4C or below.
