Kitchen floor and cooking equipment have been cleaned, however they are due for another thorough cleaning. * Accumulation of grease noticed in the fume hood. Must be cleaned/serviced professionally by August 10, 2017. * Mop sink requires thorough cleaning. No food items are now stored underneath the wash sink. Ensure the water used for rinsing pots/pans is changed every 2 hours.
