Follow-up inspection:
- 200 ppm chlorine sanitizer available in bucket and spray bottle.
- Operator not on site. Staff took the FOODSAFE Level 1 and had certificate on site.
- Knives were clean and stored on the magnetic knife strip.
- Cold potentially hazardous food not stored at room temperature.
- Rodent droppings were cleaned up in the dry storage area.
