=FOH and BOH handwash stations stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water
=Walk-in cooler (2C), pizza prep cooler (0C), coffee creamer dispenser (2C), "on-the-go" cooler 0C, and walk-in freezer (-21C) measured within adequate temperatures.
=3 compartment sink with sink plugs available for manual dishwashing. Staff able to demonstrate manual warewashing method, however dishware is washed upstairs in the main dishwashing area
=Sanitizer solution approximately 200 ppm QUATS available in spray bottles
=General sanitation was satisfactory at the time of inspection
=General food storage practices satisfactory at the time of inspection
=Mechanical room ice machine maintained in a sanitary manner

Pizzas are time tracked using a time tracking sheet. Pizzas hot held for 40 minutes then discarded
