Coolers have been adjusted, and a follow up visit is scheduled for tomorrow As discussed, you're checking your coolers first thing in the morning. This temperature will be the coldest temperature throughout the day as the doors have been shut for hours. This temperature is NOT adequate at 4C or 40F as this is the maximum allowable temperature of a cold storage system. Ensure you're technician services the machines to keep food products at 4C or below throughout the day. Screen door installation to be done today. Ensure the screen is both fly and rodent proof as these issues are prevalent in this complex.
