- Premises and equipment maintained in sanitary condition
- Handsink in food preparation/service area was supplied with liquid soap and paper towel
- Observed frequent handwashing by staff
- Coolers were operating at 4C or colder and supplied with thermometers:
- 2 door reach in cooler (back) 2C
- 2 door undercounter cooler 2C
- Single door undercounter (barista) coolers 2C, 3C
- Single door undercounter (breakfast items) cooler 2
- Grab n' go cooler 0C
- Freezers (delivery freezer, 2 door reach in) were maintaining food products in a frozen state
- Temperatures of cold holding units are checked three times daily and recorded in log book
- High temperature dishwasher was operational and met temperature required to sanitize dishes. Temperature at dish surface: 80C
- Quats sanitizer (200ppm) present from dispenser at warewashing sink
- In use wiping cloths kept in quats sanitizer solution (200ppm). Solution is changed every 2 hours. Timer in use.
- In use smallwares (utensils, pitchers) are washed and sanitized every 4 hours. Timer in use.
- Dry storage shelving was well organized with all food items stored off of the floor
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of the inspection. Regular pest control service in place.
*Some moisture noted on back floor under shelving where cold brew is kept. Ensure this is cleaned/mopped and the area kept dry. Moisture can attract and serve as a breeding area for flies.
