2. Store ALL scoops outside of food item.
3. DO NOT store foods in opened cans.

Observation: 1. Cardboard and pallet (covered in food debris) is being used to stand on in front of cooking line.
2. Fridge (beside walk in cooler) used to store fried meat has food debris on shelves and is leaking water on the bottom shelf.
3. Bulk foods bins (ie. flour) have dried flour on the outside and the lid.
4. Hard to reach areas between frying station is full of food debris and grease.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Remove cardboard and pallet.
2. Clean/sanitize entire fridge.
3. Clean/sanitize the outside and lids of all bulk food bins.
4. Clean/sanitize hard to reach areas around and underneath frying station.
