- Cover all jars with tight fitting lids.
- Provide more scoops and tongs at the bulk bin areas.
- Better organization is required in the back storage unit.

- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks. No basement storage unit.
- No signs of pest activity.
- Random audits conducted for food condition.
