Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Quats sanitizer available at 200 ppm from wall-mounted dispensing unit, in large bucket and in small trays with wiping cloths.
High temperature dishwasher measured 79 degrees C at the utensil surface during the final rinse (requirement: 71 degrees C or higher at the utensil surface).
Equipment/utensils stored in sanitary condition (including ice machine and bins). Ice scoops / bucket properly stored.
No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection. Pest control program in place.
Temperature and sanitation log maintained.
FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection.
Washrooms in clean condition.
