Follow-up Inspection Conducted (Refer to report #SDHI-CJFUU8 for outstanding violations)

Observations:
- General sanitation has improved on the floors under and around cooking units and preparation tables and on all wipeable vinyl backsplashes. Cooler and freezer door handles are observed in sanitary condition - good!
- Lighting has been replaced in the food preparation area (replaced by LED light)
- Hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Chemical dishwasher measured at 100 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip
- QUATs spray bottle in kitchen measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strip
- All food observed protected from potential contamination (stored at least 6 inches off the floor and covered)
- Temperature logs are maintained - good! (Reminder to ensure temperature logs are kept on site for at least 90 days)
- No signs of pests during inspection
- Fly trap tape has been removed. Staff stated that there are plans to install a UV light trap
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site

Notes:
- Outstanding violation in regards to broken tiles will be followed up with during the next routine inspection. Ensure the tiles mentioned on the routine inspection report are replaced
- Inspection report will be emailed to the operator
