Correction: Immediately. Repair/service the sandwich cooler. Temperature must be <= 4C.
Note: Staff on site claimed that the cooler is broken from Saturday. Telephone call conducted but the cooler is not serviced yet.
Be inform that the enforcement action (eg., Correction/Closure Order and/or Violation Ticket) will be taken if the cooler remain unrepaired.
