Handsinks were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Dishwasher final rinse chlorine sanitizer residual was at least 50 ppm at the plate level.
Glasswasher final rinse iodine sanitizer residual was at least 12.5 ppm (required: 12.5-25 ppm) at the plate level.
2-compartment sink and soiled sink were operational.
Walk-in-cooler and other coolers were at or below 4 degrees C.
Raw meat was stored on separate shelving unit across from the shelving unit for ready to eat food.
Rice, pasta, and meat products that were cooled were at or below 4 degrees C in the walk-in-cooler.
Walk-in-freezer and chest freezer were at or below -18 degrees C.
No hot holding was occurring at the time of inspection. Steam tables were being preheated.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available inside three spray bottles (located in the front service area and near the dishwasher) and two containers with wiping cloths (located near the prep. line).
Meat slicer was in a clean condition.
No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of the inspection.
Operator had a valid temporary FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate dated March 2, 2020.
