Comments

- All handsinks are adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
NOTE: Paper towel dispenser at the bar handsink has been uninstalled. Reinstall the dispenser for easy use
- Coolers - walk-in cooler, walk-in drinks cooler, pizza prep, salad prep, pasta cooler, drawer coolers, undercounter coolers - all measured at less than 4C
- walk-in freezer is measured at -22X
- Ice cream freezer is -16C and dripper well is in place
- Adequate temperature logs are maintained
- Dishwasher dispensed 50ppm at dish surface during final rinse cycle
- Sanitizer solution in buckets and in spray bottle in the kitchen is measured at 200ppm quats solution
- No evidence of pest activity noted at the time of inspection
- Food storage practices are satisfactory and all food items are date and time tracked
- General sanitation in the kitchen is satisfactory

NOTE: Operator mentioned that the facility might add a glass washer in the bar area in future. Please call and let the health inspector know of any alterations/additions to existing floor plans.
