Corrective Action(s): Service or adjust the cooler to ensure it can maintain 4C or less on a consistent basis. Operator contacted a technician to service the cooler unit. Violation Score: 3

Comments

-Follow-up inspection to July 22, 2021. Facility was issued a Public Health Act Closure Order as a result of a fire in the cooking area. -All food items which were contaminated by smoke/fire have been discarded from the facility. -Facility has completed a thorough cleaning and sanitizing of all affected areas. Remediation report from professional remediation company was available on-site. -Walk-in cooler was at 4C. -Single door cooler in cook area was at 4C. -Upright freezer was at -18C. -Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Sink plugs and bleach available. -Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. -Quats sanitizer spray bottle was at 200ppm. -Closure Order is in effect and facility is to remain closed until the cooler unit is able to maintain 4C or less on a consistent basis and the closure Order is rescinded. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
