Comments

-Follow-up inspection to confirm compliance with correction actions issued during previous inspection:
-Meat slicer and 3-compartment sink have been cleaned and are available for use
-Chlorine sanitizer solution is available (~200ppm concentration) and in use
-Fruit flies, while still present, appear to be fewer in number. Please continue efforts to remove fruit flies (through the use to fly traps) and prevent future occurrence by thoroughly cleaning up all food soil debris, residues in the premises.
*Recommend further consultation with your pest control provider for further advice re: mitigating presence of fruit flies
-Sanitation of the food premises, while improved, requires additional attention. Please increase efforts to remove soil and residues from all surfaces (eg. floors, walls, shelving, and hard-to-reach areas under equipment).
*Continued presence of food debris/residues and soil in the food premises will hamper efforts to eliminate the fruit flies from the establishment.
