A follow-up inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Front u/c cooler was 4C. - Floor tiles under the 3-comp. sink was in the process of being repaired and resealed. - Door guard installed on the base of the back door to exclude pests. - Detailed cleaning of equipment handles, and lower walls behind prep tables has been completed. - Violations have been addressed.
