Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): In-use rice scoop was not being held in ice water.
Corrective Action(s): Staff stated ice had melted. Wash and sanitize rice scoop and container for storing rice scoop.
Ensure to hold all in-use utensils in ice water and replenish ice as necessary. Rice scoop and container must still be washed and sanitized every 2-4 hours.
