A scheduled follow up inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSOP).
An exemption application for a staff plan has been received for the Preschool Program. A response has also been received from the Licensee indicating all violations identified on the Reoutine Inspection have been addressed. The following violations are now in compliance:
Two staff files were reviewed and all missing documents are now complete including the following: references, resume, immunization status and validation of the ECE Certificate.
Code 12050--References for 2 staff
Code 12060--Resume for 1 staff
Code 12090 Immunization status for 1 staff
Code 12140--Validation of ECE Certificate for 1 staff
Code 14030-- An exemption application for the staff plan has been received and all documentation is now complete for the request and approval is granted effective September 3,2019.
Code 19070--Random registration records reviewed for 3 children and all records were complete, including immunization status.
Summary: All violations noted on previous inspection are now complete and no further response is required.
