Routine Inspection - hand wash stations stocked with liquid soap and paper towels - walk in cooler ambient air temperature below 4 degree Celsius - chest freezer ambient air temperature below -18 degree Celsius - dishwasher final rinse temperature above 72 degree Celsius - Cl solution available in a spray bottle. The concentration of Cl too strong. Mix 2 ml per litre of water. - meals are only served on Wednesday from 5:15 pm to 8 pm - meals are plated and served by the volunteers - foodsafe level 1 trained staff available - general sanitation satisfactory at the time of inspection Note: Recommended tracking the foods \meals served.
