Mouse droppings and general clean up performed. Activity noted, but reduced as noted in previous inspection. Continue to target wall along the cook line extending to the hand sink in the front and mop sink area. Continue to have Pest Control technician visit bi-weekly to target and knock down mouse population. Remove all dead/trapped mice immediately. Make sure all trap locations are checked daily for activity. COntinue to keep premises clean to reduce food availability and block off entry points.
