Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Did not detect any sanitizer solution in dishwasher.
Corrective Action(s): Dishwasher technician changed sanitizer container and primed the unit at time of inspection. Detected 50ppm chlorine sanitizer solution after adjustments.

Corrective Action(s): Dishwasher technician arrived on site at time of inspection. Dishwasher sanitizer was changed and the unit was primed. Detected 50ppm chlorine sanitizer solution after adjustments.

Observation: Lights in kitchen food preparation area still did not have covers. This issue was noted on the previous report.

Comments

- All hand wash stations had soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water
- All coolers (3 door reach in wall cooler, upright 2 door in kitchen, sliding two door in kitchen, prep cooler, domestic cooler in dry storage, small cooler in dry storage...etc) less than 4C
- All freezer less than -18C (3 chest freezers in hallway, 3 upright one door freezers in office/dry storage)
- Hot holding of rice 63C
- Ice machine appeared clean with scoop stored outside of ice in a separate container
- Sanitizer in spray bottles and container with cloths submerged 100ppm.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- Doors to washrooms (staff washroom in kitchen and customer washrooms are self closing)
