- Handsink is maintained with hot & cold running water, liquid soap & paper towels
- Low temp dishwasher produced 50ppm chlorine at plate's surface. *At the time of inspection, it was noted that detergent for the dishwasher was almost empty. Change out the bottle.
- Display coolers, prep coolers, small fridge measured <4C
- Chest freezer measured <18C
- Discussed deep cleaning of machines
- Reviewed temperature monitoring log
- Pest service received monthly. No pest activity noted at the time of inspection
