Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Staff is not consistent with the use of different sanitizers available on site. This has been noted in previous inspections.
- Sani-bucket chlorine levels were low. Replaced during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): - ALL staff must know exactly which chemicals are used in what areas.
- Regular checks on sanitizers levels must be in place.

Observation: - Food container boxes left open in crate on floor, had build up of dust/debris.
- Employee belongings notes in food preparation areas. Cap noted on top of food boxes.
- Bread tray noted directly on floor.

Corrective Action(s): - Employee clothing and belongings must be stored in a space separate from food storage and preparation areas.
- Empty tray must be placed below bottom bread tray so that it is not directly on the floor.

Observation: Over crowinging noted in storage areas. Space under shelves were blocked for cleaning and monitoring for pest activity.
Corrective Action(s): - Keep floors clear to enable cleaning and monitoring for pest activity.

Comments

- Temperature of coolers and freezers were adequate.
- Hand sinks were equipped with liquid soap and paper towels.

** Time stamp for 2 hour food and sanitizer checks were incorrect. This was corrected during the inspection. Ensure that all machines are monitored and adjusted as needed.
