Observation: - Scoop in flour container observed with no handle at the time of inspection (handle broken off).

Corrective Action(s): - Replace scoop in flour container. All scoops must have handles and must be properly stored (not burried in flour), to prevent cross contamination of flour.

This inspection done by EHO student.

- All handwash stations stocked with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.

- The following cold holding units were measured:
* Walk-in Cooler 3 deg.C
* Pizza Condiments Under Counter Cooler 2 deg.C
* Beverage Cooler 4.0 deg.C

- 3 Compartment Sink with Sink plugs available and in use for manual dishwashing

- QUATS Sanitizer Solution available at dispenser and Spray bottles at 200ppm concentration.
- Food storage practices satisfactory at the time of visit. Foods were stored Covered and off the floor.
- General Sanitation is satisfactory.
- No signs of pest activity noted at the time of visit.
- Staff hygiene is Satisfactory. Number of hand washing observed during inspection.
- FOODSAFE level 1 Certified Staff on-site. Certificate on-site with expiry date August 13, 2024.
- Health permit posted in a Conspicuous manner.

COVID-19 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
- Covid-19 Safety plan posted on-site
- Plaxiglass shield noted at Customer order/pay point.
- Two kitchen present at the time of visit noted with face mask
- High touch surfaces disinfected using 200ppm QUAT Solution every 30 minutes.
