Observation: Built-up of syrup observed underneath the fountain drink machine on customer floor and underneath the shelving rack where syrup dispensers are situated at the back. Observed built-up of grease and/or food debris underneath equipment at the McCafe Area, underneath stainless steel table adjacent front till, and underneath Freezer table next to deep fryer.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the aformentioned areas. Daily cleaning and regular deep cleaning underneath the aformentioned areas should be conducted to prevent built-up of food debris, syrup, and/or grease to prevent possible pest harbourage. Corrected by: April 21, 2023.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Chlorine sanitizer buckets measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available. QUATs dispenser measured at 200ppm.
Under counter coolers, walk-in coolers, milk compartment, ice cream compartment measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezer, walk-in feezer measured at -18C or lower. Hot-holding unit measured at 60C or higher. Burger condiment electronically time tracked.
Ice machine observed to be in sanitary condition.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
No signs of pests observed.

Overall, facility is well organized.
