Comments

A follow-up inspection was completed:
- Premises has been treated 2x for cockroaches by a professional pest company (spray treatment). A thorough cleaning prior and after each treatment has been completed.
- A 3rd spray for cockroaches to occur in 10 days.
- No live cockroaches observed during the inspection.
- All surfaces are clean and absent of grease, food debris, mice droppings and cockroaches.
- The low temperature dishwasher had [Cl2] between 50-100ppm. Test strips present.
- The walls and corners have been repaired outside the dry storage room. They are sealed and cleanable, and able to prevent pests from harboring behind the FRP panels.
- All hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Ceiling tiles are clean and absent of dust.
- Holes in walls, in the dry storage room have been blocked with ceramic tiles and wood boards.
- All cupboards and shelves have been cleaned.
- Premises has been decluttered. Many items have been thrown away to eliminate areas where pests can hide and live. It is easier to clean the premises.
- Closure order rescinded, premises can reopen.
- Continue to keep the sanitation level high and continue to have the premises monitored by a professional pest company.

ACTION
- Ensure a thorough cleaning of the premises is completed before and after the 3rd cockroach treatment.
- Clean the dry storage room shelves as there are dead cockroaches and mice droppings on them. Remove all items off the shelves and scrub them with hot water and soap.
- Clean the sides of the deep fryer as there is accumulated grease on it.
- Clean the floor behind the cooler in the front service area by rolling the cooler away from the wall.
