Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Sanitizer spray bottles did not have enough sanitizer in it. Operator is using bleach granules to mix their sanitizer solution, however, accuracy in concentration may be an issue when you're mixing your own sanitizer. Look into purchasing liquid sanitizer as discussed.
Correction:

Code 303 noted on Initial inspection # ANAN-BZCTD2 of Mar-22-2021
Equipment/facilities/hot & cold water for sanitary maintenance not adequate [s. 17(3); s. 4(1)(f)]
Observation: There is no dedicated hand sink in the kitchen anymore.
Correction: As discussed, install a hand washing sink in the kitchen. Please get this done within the month.
Comments

On Follow-Up:

-Dishwasher had 50-100ppm Chlorine in the rinse.
-Both sanitizer spray bottles had 200ppm Chlorine in it.
-A separate faucet has been added to the 2-compartment sink for hand-washing purposes. The sink is fully equipped.
