Correction: Adjust final rinse temperature to ensure minimum 160 f (71c) at plate level.

Follow up inspection for dishwasher final rinse. The following temperature was measured at plate level 164f which is within parameters.
-Keep daily temperature logs of dishwash, wash and rinse temperatures.
