-wiping rags stored in sanitizer buckets 200 ppm Quaternary Ammonia
-ensure sanitizer residual is tested by staff and replaced when sanitizer is depleted.
-cut honey bottle discarded, replaced with new plastic jug to drain honey containers
-areas affected by mouse activity have been cleaned and sanitized, - in future areas impacted by pest activity are to sanitized using dilute bleach (1 tsp/1 gallon water) rather than food contact surface sanitizer.
-professional pest control service retained to address pest activity
-soiled cloth pick up now changed to twice weekly - ensure cloth container kept closed with fitted lid.

Note: Ensure organic wastes are removed from the premise multiple times per day as needed. Storage of organic wastes long term is not appropriate.
