Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is adequate. Routine pest control service in place. All coolers measured at 4C or less. Freezers at adequate temperature. Hot holding measured >60C or higher. General food storage is adequate.
