Equipment/facilities/hot & cold water for sanitary maintenance not adequate [s. 17(3); s. 4(1)(f)] (Closure order issued to facility due to a lack of hot water. Facility is to cease all food production immediately and remain closed to the public until a follow-up inspcetion has been conducted.
Hot water is essential for proper handwashing and warewashing. Restore hot water to the facility and contact the Environmental Health Officer when this has been completed.)

Hot water has been restored to facility. Although minor sweeping and cleaning has been achieved, significant work is still needed to degrease areas of the facility, including areas underneath the cook line, and in / around the pizza tray area to the right of the RCA microwave.

Correction order has been issued for ongoing rodent and sanitation issues, as well as the lack of FoodSafe 1 certification. Refer to inspection report JMAA-B7EVCA for further details.

CLOSURE ORDER has been rescinded at time of inspection. Operation of the premise will only be permitted if at least ONE person on-site has an active FOODSAFE 1 certification.
