Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Both prep coolers were found open, but not in use at start of inspection
Corrective Action(s): Upper temperatures of food products ranged from 6C to 12C
ALWAYS close up the lids immediately after use to preserve the temperature of the coolers.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Employees on site observed washing hands at adequate frequency, however a delivery man was observed handling a food item without first hand washing.
Corrective Action(s): Either have a set rule that drivers / delivery personal are never allowed to touch the food, or have them educated on proper hand washing and food handling.

Prep coolers reached 4C below, after the lids had been shut for some time.

Prepared sanitizer at 3 compartment sink and rag bucket found at 100ppm
2 sanitizer spray bottles on site were either much too low, or much too high chlorine (bleach) concentration. Adjusted by staff on site to 100ppm
General sanitation of facility good
Some old rodent droppings observed around hot water tank. Please push out the drink cooler and do a thorough clean and sanitize of that floor area. Close up any potential access points or damage.
FoodSafe certificates were provided for both staff on site. Exp 2023.
Reminder to change out pizza knife, tongs, and other utensils used throughout the day at least every 4 hours.
