*Make sure all perishables kept in cooler that is 4 C or less at all times.
Freezers at -20 C. Mini walk-in cooler not in use.
Oxivir Wipes for general surface sanitizing in back area and public areas ok.
Handwash stations equipped with liquid soap and paper towels.
FLoor throughout facility including berry weighing sorting is very clean and in good shape.

Recommend staff track and record temperatures of all cooling and freezer units to ensure that they maintain 4 C or -18 C or less respectively.
