Follow up inspection conducted. Corrective actions completed:
- Cleaning has been completed in the following areas: shelving, floor in cook line area, floor under handsink
- Wall beside cook line has been cleaned and re-painted
- In use wiping cloths are kept in sanitizer solution in sushi prep area and kitchen. Concentration of sanitizer solution measured 200ppm chlorine.
- Thermometer has been supplied to countertop sushi cooler
- In use utensils (rice scoop) stored in sanitary manner and replaced with clean one every 4 hours.
