Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 6 hot dog buns were found displayed at room temperature, no time tracking. Internal temperature 18.9 to 19.5 degrees Celsius. One shredded pork pastry also at room temperature, 17.4 Celsius. All discarded. This infraction has been noted Several times in the past.

Observation: No hot water available at any taps. Hot water tap runs about 20 degrees Celsius. Closure order issued.
Corrective Action(s): Repair hot water tank. Provide specs for hot water tank. You must have sufficient hot water that you can operate throughout the day and not run out of hot water. Closure order issued.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Old container used for food storage (herb butter) is badly cracked and broken. Discard all containers that are no longer in their original condition.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Single-use corrugated plastic cake board was being used for covering foods inthe fridge. Board was obviously re-used multiple times, with multiple breaks/chips.
2) Open tins were used for oil and flour at back prep table. Do not re-use tins; once open they are not food grade.
