Follow up inspection with respect the closure order issued on June 20-2016, noted facility was open with customers in. A violation ticket of $375 will be issued and served re: failure to comply with the closure order. Spoke with the owner on the phone apparently there had been a mistake (correction order vs closure order). Advised the staff on site to not accept any more customers and close the sign. Manager came at time of visit. Discussed the issue: closure order can be lifted ONLY when an inspection is conducted by Fraser Health to ensure all violations are rectified. Violation ticket will be served later ( the inspector will be on vacation by tomorrow) *-Dishwasher temp reach >71 after 3 runs: dishwasher is to be fixed to reach to proper temp *No sanitizer detected from the dispenser (main source)- instructed staff to mix bleach for sanitizing till the sanitizer is fix and have at least 200 ppm. * No pest control company been contacted: a contract at least twice monthly is required. * Cooler is fixed, provide an accurate thermometer for inside the cooler to monitor Facility is to stay closed till all the above is completed and approval from Fraser health is granted to re-open.
