Staff currently using inserts to wash and sanitize dishes. This is because the sink stoppers are not in good working order. **Make sure new stoppers are purchased and in use for next scheduled inspection. Move the paper towels in washroom away from the toilet and sink. Place on shelving, preferably fastened similar to how it is done in the main kitchen area. Cooling units ok. sanitizer dispensing at main feed above 200 ppm. ok. hot holding at 60 C.
