Note: sandwich prep cooler being repaired at time of inspection
All other coolers at 4 deg C or less
Handwash stations have liquid soap and paper towels
Hot holding unit is >60 deg C
Thermometers present in all cold storage units
All QUATS sanitizers in a rag bucket used for food contact
Surfaces and in a wall-mounted dispenser was measured to be 200ppm
QUATS sanitizers in buckets are changed every 2hrs as per the operator
Food stored 6" off the floor, covered
Ice machine is clean
Milk and cream dispenser is disassembled and cleaned daily
Chemicals stored separately and away from food prep areas
Foodsafe Level 1 certified staff present on-site
